Okay. At this point, I’m just going to suck it up and admit it: I may be mildly obsessed with Final Fantasy XIV.
A few months ago, in a haze of sleepiness and coffee deprivation, I saw a news item on the Lodestone for Final Fantasy XIV Online GO and got far too excited.

Crafters are one of those things in Final Fantasy XIV that either you love or you hate.
For many, they’re definitely a thing to hate: they take up too much room in your inventory with crafting materials, they take too long to do anything, and they’re super repetitive.

When I first started playing Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns, I quickly learned that giving your animals treats to boost their productivity was not as easy as it sounds.
Each animal requires a specific number of each of four types of treats, and nothing is consistent between types of animals.
The easiest way to keep an eye on everything, at least for me, turned out to be a very precise notepad with each animal’s name and a tally of how many treats each had been given to reach each new level of productivity.
